Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Canto Verde, I was reminded that the balance between luxury and value is quite delicate. The outdoor swimming pool is an attractive feature, providing a relaxed atmosphere after a long day of exploring. The sun loungers offered a comfortable spot to unwind, though I did notice the shallow end might not cater well to serious swimmers. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping my room pristine, while the mini-bar was adequately stocked—a thoughtful touch indeed. Free toiletries were provided, a small luxury that many hotels overlook. The terrace outside is lovely for al fresco dining. Considering the overall experience, the rates can feel quite steep, reflecting the hotel's positioning as a luxury haven. It’s crucial to weigh that against the offerings, especially if you’re like me—relishing both comfort and practicality during travel. Canto Verde certainly has charm but requires a bit of financial consideration. Would I recommend it? Yes, but perhaps with a careful eye on your wallet.
